UMIR definition

UMIR means those Rules adopted by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada and designated by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada as the Universal Market Integrity Rules as amended, supplemented and in effect from time to time.
UMIR means those Rules adopted by the Corporation and designated by the Corporation as the Universal Market Integrity Rules as amended, supplemented and in effect from time to time.
UMIR means the Universal Market Integrity Rules adopted by IIROC as amended, supplemented and in effect from time to time.

  • Pursuant to Part 3.4 of UMIR Policy 10.8, the Hearing Panel may accept or reject this Settlement Agreement.
