UMG definition
UMG or “Uzenmunaigas” means Uzenmunaigas, a legal entity established and existing under the laws of the Borrower, and includes any successor or successors thereto acceptable to the Bank.
UMG or any formulation including the word "Universal," except as permitted in Section 1.1(a)(xii) in connection with the provision of services to Sellers and their Affiliates or the use of any name under which the U.S. Business prior to Closing has done business;
