The employer shall grant full or partial leave on the grounds of the provisions of this chapter to employees whose physical or psychological condition is shown by the conclusions of the examination referred to in Article 8.6 to be such that it is not in the interests of the employee himself, of the UMC or of third parties involved in the performance of his job for the employee to wholly or partially continue with his work.
