UMB definition
UMB means the University of Maryland, Baltimore or any other component of the University System of Maryland (USM) on behalf of which this procurement is made by UMB.
UMB shall have the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

Each Fund shall file a copy of this Agreement with the Insurer as part of any claim under the Policy and shall, at the time of making of any claim under the Policy, provide UMB Fund Services, Inc.
