UMB definition
UMB means the University of Maryland, Baltimore or any other component of the University System of Maryland (USM) on behalf of which this procurement is made by UMB.
UMB shall have the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Customer Agreement, these Terms will control with respect to the Mobile Deposit Service. Please read these Terms carefully.
