The Company will not compensate the Customer for any damage to or loss of the Goods below the Ullage Allowance.
The Company may in its sole and absolute discretion provide reasonable compensation for damage or loss that is in excess of the Ullage Allowance and for which photographic evidence that the damage or loss occurred prior to delivery is provided to the Company within 10 days after the delivery date into the Customer’s nominated warehouse location.
The Customer acknowledges that despite all reasonable care and attention on the part of the Company, damage and/or loss of Goods can sometimes occur through storage, handling & transportation (Ullage).
