Where a Restricted Transfer of UK Personal Data terminates in a jurisdiction that has been the subject of a valid adequacy decision, adopted by the UK authorities, that provides that the receiving jurisdiction ensures an adequate level of protection, no other transfer mechanism shall be necessary.
