UK Personal Data definition

UK Personal Data means the processing of Personal Data to which data protection laws of the United Kingdom were applicable prior to its processing by IFS.
UK Personal Data means any personal data to the extent that UK GDPR applies to the processing of such personal data or the extent that a data subject is a resident of the United Kingdom.
UK Personal Data means personal data (as defined in the UK Data Protection Act 2018) pertaining to individuals in the United Kingdom.

  • Where a Restricted Transfer of UK Personal Data terminates in a jurisdiction that has been the subject of a valid adequacy decision, adopted by the UK authorities, that provides that the receiving jurisdiction ensures an adequate level of protection, no other transfer mechanism shall be necessary.

  • If we are required to do otherwise by EU law or EU Member State law (in the case of the processing of EU Personal Data) or by UK law (in the case of the processing of UK Personal Data) then we will promptly notify you of that legal requirement, where possible, before processing the Personal Data unless the law prohibits such information on important grounds of public interest.

UK Personal Data means the Gen Personal Data the Processing of which is subject to the UK GDPR.
