UK MAR definition

UK MAR means Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse as it forms part of the domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, as amended, and any subordinate implementing legislation in the UK; and
UK MAR means Regulation ((EU) 596/2014), which is part of UK domestic law by virtue of Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (SI 2019/310).
UK MAR means the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 in such form as incorporated into the law of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and as amended, consolidated, re-enacted or replaced under domestic law from time to time;
