UK Collateral definition

UK Collateral means and include all “Collateral” (or any similarly defined term) as defined in the UK Security Agreement.
UK Collateral all Property of each UK Obligor described in any Security Document that secures the UK Obligations or UK Guaranteed Obligations and all other Property of each UK Obligor that now or hereafter secures (or is intended to secure) any UK Obligations or any UK Guaranteed Obligations.
UK Collateral means all the “Collateral” (or equivalent term) as defined in each U.K. Security Document and all other property (whether real, personal or otherwise) with respect to which any security interests have been granted (or purported to be granted) by the English Credit Parties pursuant to any Security Document (including any Additional Security Documents) or will be granted in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 9.12, Section 9.13 or Section 9.14.

  • Solely for purposes of determining the amount of UK Loans available for borrowing purposes, checks and cash or other immediately available funds from collections of items of payment and proceeds of any UK Collateral shall be applied in whole or in part against the UK Secured Obligations, on the Business Day after receipt, subject to actual collection.

More Definitions of UK Collateral

UK Collateral means Collateral owned by the UK Loan Parties.
UK Collateral means the Collateral pledged to UK Security Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties and any other holder of any Obligations pursuant to the UK Security Documents.
UK Collateral means all of the assets (both real and personal) of Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries which are subject to liens or security interests described in the U.K. Security Documents.
UK Collateral means any and all collateral securing the UK Guarantee Secured Obligations pursuant to the Charges (as defined in the UK Credit Agreement).
