UHS. Universal Health Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
UHS means Universal Health Services, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and its joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups and affiliates in each case controlled by UHS, and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each; after the Acquisition, UHS includes PSI.
UHS means Universal Hospital Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
