UC refers to The Regents of the University of California, a corporation described in California Constitution Art. IX, Sec. 9, on behalf of the UC Locations identified in the Agreement and/or the PO. UC and Supplier individually will be referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.” Any defined terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions of Purchase will have the meaning ascribed to such term in any of the other documents incorporated in and constituting the Agreement. No other terms or conditions will be binding upon the Parties unless accepted by them in writing.
