Typeface has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Typeface means the typographic characters as speci- fied in the Order, “Font Software” shall mean the software which, when used with the appro- priate hardware and software, allows for the display of the Typeface, and “Order” shall mean the order placed with Swiss Typefaces when acquiring the license to use the Typeface and Font Software.
