Two-Year Period definition

Two-Year Period means the period that begins on the date on which the Internal Distribution shall be effected and that ends on the date that is two years after the Distribution Date.
Two-Year Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Closing Date and ending on (and including) the later of (a) the second anniversary of the Closing Date and (b) the date of consummation of the IPO.
