Two-Thirds Majority definition

Two-Thirds Majority means the Limited Partners holding more than Sixty-Six and Sixty-Six Hundredths percent (66.66%) of the Percentage Interests of the Limited Partners.
Two-Thirds Majority means a vote of two-thirds of trustees present at a meeting. It is calculated by multiplying the number of trustees present by .66 and rounding up to the nearest whole number e.g., 11 x .66 = 7.26 and would be rounded up to 8;

More Definitions of Two-Thirds Majority

Two-Thirds Majority means the affirmative vote of those Members holding more than Two-Thirds (2/3) of the Percentage Interests. With respect to the Board, “Super-Majority Vote” or “Two-Thirds Majority” shall mean the affirmative vote of more than two-thirds (2/3) of the Directors.
