TWENTY-FOURTH definition

TWENTY-FOURTH. Any employee on disability or workers' compensation shall be guaranteed their job up to twelve (12) months, providing that the employee can satisfactorily perform their duties for the next job opening.
TWENTY-FOURTH. The recitals preceding the body of this Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference into the body of this Agreement.
TWENTY-FOURTH. Lessor has installed an AT&T Merlin Legend Phone System for use and convenience of Lessee and will provide Lessee with a phone instrument for use on said system. TWENTY-FOURTH. Sublessee shall have the right to renew this Sublease for two consecutive option periods as follows: (i) for the period beginning June 15, 1999 and ending June 14, 2000 at the monthly rental rate of $486.94, including applicable taxes; and (ii) for the period beginning on June 15, 2000 and ending on June 14, 2001 at the monthly rental rate of $511.26, including applicable sales taxes. In the event Sublessee desires to exercise its option, Sublessee shall provide Sublessor with written notice of its intent to exercise within sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the term of this sublease.
TWENTY-FOURTH. It is hereby agreed that upon expiry of the obligations herein assumed, THE BANK may require payment of the balance due, either judicially or out-of-court, of any BORROWER, in which case the BORROWER required to pay shall undertake to repay the whole of the amounts due, including principal, interest, commissions and other expenses. The obligation on the part of the BORROWER required to pay shall not be affected, impaired or diminished because of the fact that the latter had not directly requested disbursements from THE BANK under the line of credit, or because of the fact that it had requested or received disbursements for an amount lower than the amount claimed, if the amount of the obligations due should result from use of the credit facility by any or all other BORROWERS.

TWENTY-FOURTH. Except as set forth in the next paragraph, no withholding or deductions shall be made from payments to the Consultant for income tax purposes. The TWENTY-FIFTH : This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

The Bank shall assume liability for any damage suffered by users of the ATMs and for any actions these users may initiate against the Companies, and shall indemnify the Companies for any damages arising from such actions.
