Tutor means any individual or independent entity that has been activated on the Company’s system in order to use the Products and/or Services in the performance of private tutor services to Learners;

Tutor means a person appointed as such who is required, under the direction of a Teacher, or in consultation with other Educational Delivery Staff, to conduct tutorials for the purpose of revising and consolidating student learning in theory and practical classes and to assist with student assessment, but does not teach.
