Turnkey Basis definition

Turnkey Basis means the scheme of supply in which supplier shall be responsible for design, manufacture, supply, site preparation & services, installation and commissioning of equipment, tests and trials, training, maintenance and handing over to the Purchaser for operation.
Turnkey Basis means the Scope of Work where upon the effective date of this Contract, CONTRACTOR shall be fully and solely responsible for the survey, design, development, manufacture, delivery, supply, installation, integration and commissioning of the System, and the remedying of any defects, so as to make the System ready for service and the CONTRACTOR shall also do everything necessary as reasonably may be inferred from this Contract as being required of CONTRACTOR to perform all of its obligations under this Contract.

  • If during such operations the mud weight requirement, in Contractor's sole opinion, exceeds that anticipated, work shall immediately convert from a Turnkey Basis to a Daywork Basis.

More Definitions of Turnkey Basis

Turnkey Basis means Contractor shall furnish the equipment, labor, and perform the services as herein provided, to drill a well to the specified depth.
