Turn Key definition

Turn Key means all the obligations of the Contractor, explicit or implicit arising directly or indirectly required to complete the entire project in all respect to the satisfaction of EA under this Contract except obligations of EA explicitly described in this contract.
Turn Key means a contract where the contractor is required by the terms of the contract to undertake all of the services of design and construction of a remediation system as a condition of entering into the contract.
Turn Key means the complete fabrication process which includes, wafer fabrication, wafer probing, packaging and testing of Products.
