There is no absolute ‘right’ answer about whether to agree TTP or not.
The Parties further represent and acknowledge that the terms of this Interim Agreement have been voluntarily accepted, after consultation with counsel, for the purpose of making a full and final compromise and settlement of any and all claims or allegations set forth by the United States Department of Justice as a result of its investigation and findings made about TTP and Birch.
