Trustee's Fees. With respect to any Payment Date and Mortgage Loan Group, the product of (x) one-twelfth of the Trustee Fee Rate and (y) the aggregate Loan Balance of the Mortgage Loan in the related Mortgage Loan Group as of the beginning of the related Remittance Period.
