Trust Order definition

Trust Order and "Trust Request": A written order or request of the Trust signed on behalf of the Trust by an Authorized Officer of the Owner Trustee, at the direction of the related Majority Certificateholders and delivered to the Indenture Trustee or the Authenticating Agent, as applicable.
Trust Order has the meaning stated in Section 11.3(a).
Trust Order or "TRUST REQUEST" means a written statement, request or order of the Trust signed in its name by one or more Responsible Officers of the Trustee and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • The Indenture Trustee will, on Trust Order, authenticate and deliver the Notes for original issue in the Classes, Note Interest Rates and initial Note Balances as stated below.
