Trust Manager definition

Trust Manager means, individually, an individual, and "TRUST MANAGERS" means, collectively, the individuals, in each case, as named in Section 2.2 of this Declaration so long as they continue in office and any and all other individuals who have been duly elected and qualify as Trust Managers of the Trust hereunder.
