Trust Entity definition

Trust Entity means a “financial intermediary” as defined in SEC Rule 22c-2.
Trust Entity means any company, other body corporate, un- incorporated group of persons (including a partnership or joint venture), trust or other entity which is under the direction or 20 control of the Trust;
