Trust Deeds definition

Trust Deeds means, jointly or severally as the context requires, the Charitable Trust Deeds or discretionary trust deeds created by the Corporate Trustee pursuant to clause 22.5 and to be executed pursuant to 22.6.
Trust Deeds means the deeds which govern or relate to the Scheme;
Trust Deeds shall have the meaning set forth in section 6.1.

Trust Deeds means, jointly or severally as the context requires, the Charitable Trust Deeds or discretionary trust deeds as created by the Regional Trustee for the purposes of clause 20.5.

Trust Deeds means the deeds of trust, trust deeds and mortgages in substantially the form of Exhibit F and covering the properties listed on Schedule 5.01(r)(i) other than the Escondido Property and the properties located in Mexico, if any, duly executed by the applicable Loan Parties, as amended from time to time in accordance with their terms.
