Trust Common Securities definition

Trust Common Securities means the securities representing common undivided beneficial interests in the assets of the Trust.
Trust Common Securities has the meaning specified in the Recitals.

  • Distributions shall be made on the Trust Preferred Securities and the Trust Common Securities on a Pro Rata basis.
