Trust Amount definition

Trust Amount has the meaning set forth in the Trust Agreement.

More Definitions of Trust Amount

Trust Amount means the amount of cash available in the Trust Account following the Parent Shareholders Meeting, after deducting the amount required to satisfy the Parent Share Redemption Amount (prior to payment of any unpaid transaction expenses).
