Each Swingline Lender (other than Truist, in its capacity as a Swingline Lender) shall make each applicable Swingline Loan available to the Borrower by means of a credit to the Borrower’s account specified in Section 2.03(b)(vii) (or, in the case of a Swingline Loan made to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.05(f), by remittance to the applicable Issuing Bank) by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the requested date of such Swingline Loan.
All such payments shall be made to the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent’s Account, except as otherwise expressly provided in the relevant Loan Document and except payments to be made directly to an Issuing Bank or a Swingline Lender (other than Truist, in its capacity as a Swingline Lender) as expressly provided herein and payments pursuant to Sections 2.14, 2.15, 2.16 and 9.03, which shall be made directly to the Persons entitled thereto.
