Tribal-State Compact. ’ means a compact entered
Tribal-State Compact means an agreement which may be entered into between the Pawnee Nation and the State concerning Class III Gaming and any amendments or other modifications thereto, which agreement must be approved by the Secretary and published in the Federal Register.

More Definitions of Tribal-State Compact

Tribal-State Compact means, with respect to any Indian Gaming Property, the meaning given to such term (or, as applicable, the term “Compact”) in the Indian Gaming Management Agreement for such Indian Gaming Property.
