Triarc definition

Triarc has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Triarc means Triarc Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Triarc means Triarc, as hereinbefore defined and any successor to its business and/or assets as aforesaid which assumes and agrees to perform this Agreement by operation of law or otherwise. Any purported assignment, other than as provided above, shall be null and void.
