TRIA definition

TRIA means the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002, as heretofore amended and as the same may be further amended or otherwise modified; provided that it provides substantially the same benefits to insurance companies and insureds as are provided by TRIA as in effect on the Closing Date.

TRIA shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(c)(xi) hereof.

• With respect to each other Mortgage Loan, the related special all-risk insurance policy and business interruption policy (issued by an insurer meeting the Insurance Rating Requirements) did not, as of the date of origination of the Mortgage Loan, and, to the Seller’s knowledge, do not, as of the Cut-off Date, specifically exclude Acts of Terrorism, as defined in TRIA, from coverage, or if such coverage is excluded, it is covered by a separate terrorism insurance policy.

More Definitions of TRIA

TRIA has the meaning specified in Exhibit VI.

TRIA means Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002, as amended by the Terrorism Risk Insurance Extension Act of 2005 and the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2007.

TRIA shall have the meaning given such term in Section 9.1(i).

TRIA means the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002, as in effect as of the date hereof and, for purposes of this Agreement, without giving effect to any amendments that would impair in any respects the intended benefits to Lender under the terms hereof.
