TRIA definition

TRIA means the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002, as heretofore amended and as the same may be further amended or otherwise modified; provided that it provides substantially the same benefits to insurance companies and insureds as are provided by TRIA as in effect on the Closing Date.
TRIA shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(c)(xi) hereof.
TRIA shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule 1 hereof.

TRIA has the meaning specified in Exhibit VI.
