Treasury Shares definition

Treasury Shares means Shares that were previously issued but were purchased, redeemed, surrendered or otherwise acquired by the Company and not cancelled.

Treasury Shares means any share of the Company that was acquired and held by the Company or as treated as having been acquired and held by the Company, which has been held continuously by the Company since it was acquired and which has not been cancelled;

Treasury Shares means shares of a company that were previously issued but were repurchased, redeemed or otherwise acquired by the company and not cancelled.

• NTA per Share equals NTA divided by the number of Shares (excluding Treasury Shares) as at 31 December 2022.

More Definitions of Treasury Shares

Treasury Shares means qualifying shares (within the meaning of section 724(2) of the 2006 Act) held by the Company under section 724(3)(a) of the 2006 Act;
