Treasury Manager definition

Treasury Manager includes any Affiliate of the Company appointed in writing by the Company and the Borrowers as Treasury Manager under this Agreement in the place of the person named above, and which is accepted by the Agent for that purpose.

Treasury Manager refers to Bank’s commercial online banking service described in Section II of this Agreement.
