Travel Package definition

Travel Package means a combination of accommodation and/or transport plus a Ticket and/or other tourist services covering a period of at least 24 hours and sold at an inclusive price;
Travel Package means air, land, or sea transportation, with or without lodging, for pleasure or business purpose within the scope of the term "consumer transaction".
Travel Package means lodging bundled with one or more separate components such as air transportation, car rental, or similar items and charged for a single retail price.

  • Cancellation by You due to Unavoidable & Extraordinary Circumstances:You have the right to cancel your confirmed Travel Package before departure without paying a cancellation charge in the event of “unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances” occurring at your Travel Package destination or its immediate vicinity and significantly affecting the performance of the Travel Package or significantly affecting the transport arrangements to the destination.

Travel Package means a room or rooms bundled with one or more separate components of travel such as air transportation, car rental or similar items where the travel package is charged to the customer for a single retail price. When the room occupancy is bundled for a single consideration with other property, services or other items, the entire single consideration shall be treated as the rental/fees for room occupancy.
