Transportation Rate definition

Transportation Rate means the rate, in Dollars per Barrel, at which Operator has agreed to receive Shipper’s Crude Petroleum from the Receipt Point and transport and redeliver Crude Petroleum back to Shipper at the Redelivery Point as set forth in Operator’s current FERC tariff.
