Transportation Contract definition

Transportation Contract means a contract which the transmission system operator has concluded with a network user with a view to carrying out transmission;
Transportation Contract means any contract entered into by the Operating Company, on behalf of the Users, and the Transportation Company to secure access to the Grid for the Users, in accordance with the provisions of articles 3 and 6 of the ARERA Resolution no. 168 of 31 July 2006.
