Transmission Rights definition

Transmission Rights means contractual rights to receive transmission service on specifically identified transmission infrastructure and transmission congestion rights;
Transmission Rights means the sole and exclusive worldwide right in perpetuity to record (a) television or other moving pictures of any Competition match; (b) sounds of and/or commentary upon any Competition match and (c) data relating to any Competition match (and, in each case, have sole and exclusive access to the ground of each Club to do so) and transmit and/or exploit and/or otherwise make available the whole or any part of such recordings in any language and whether live and/or delayed by any and all manner and means in all current and future media including without limitation by terrestrial, cable and satellite television, radio, internet and mobile networks and whether to the public or closed groups, and to authorise others to do so.
Transmission Rights means either a Physical Transmission Right or a Financial Transmission Right Option acquired in the Auction. Working Day means any day except Saturday, Sunday and except any day which shall be in Luxembourg a legal holiday or a day on which banking institutions are authorized or required by law or other government action to close.

  • Persons eligible to nominate Physical Transmission Rights shall fulfil the requirement described in applicable Nomination Rules.

  • A holder of Long Term Transmission Rights whose Participation Agreement is terminated under this paragraph is under no obligation to pay remaining instalments for the Long Term Transmission Rights’ and is entitled to a refund to the extent that any instalment includes an amount in respect of use after the date of termination, to be calculated pro-rata from the date termination takes effect.

  • For avoidance of doubt this Article is without prejudice to the provisions of CHAPTER 7 regarding the curtailment of Daily Transmission Rights.

  • Whenever the calculation set forth in paragraphs 3 to 5 of this Article does not result in a whole MW amount in accordance with Article 28 paragraph 1(f), the Daily Transmission Rights shall be rounded down to the nearest full MW.

  • After the expiration of the Bidding Period for an Auction and the Credit Limit verification pursuant to Article 32, the Allocation Platform shall determine the Auction results and allocate the Daily Transmission Rights in accordance with this Article.
