Transloading definition

Transloading means the transfer of solid waste from one solid waste collection motorized vehicle to another, where that activity does not constitute either a “staging area” or a “transfer station” as defined in this rule. Such activity is authorized and does not require a solid waste permit, provided that there is no discharge of leachate or other violations of W. Va. Code §§22-15-1 et seq., 22-12-1 et seq., 22-11-1 et seq., or any rules promulgated thereunder.
