Transition Service means each service specified in Part A of Schedule I hereto to be provided by IP to Spinco.

Transition Service or “Transition Services” means (i) those services, (ii) access to those facilities, networks, equipment and software, and (iii) other assistance, each as listed and described on Schedule A, including any Omitted Services added to Schedule A by amendment pursuant to Section 2.1(b).

More Definitions of Transition Service

Transition Service means each transition services listed as a separate line item and identified by a service ID in the table overview in the Transition Service Schedules but excluding, in each case, the Out-of-Scope Services. For clarity, each Transition Service encompasses the full set of services and activities included in the relevant line item identified by the applicable service ID set out in the Transition Services Schedule.

Transition Service means each service provided under this TSA and described in a Transition Service Schedule.

Transition Service means the transition support provided by a Service Provider on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, comprised of the elements or sub-elements of the Transition Service set forth on Exhibit A hereto.

Transition Service means each service specified in Part A of Schedule I hereto to be provided by Parent to SpinCo, or any Supplemental Schedule thereto as may be agreed to from time to time by the Parties.
