The Smart Weapon Transition Service includes: Archival of CEW Firing Logs Axon’s on-site professional services team will upload CEW firing logs to Axon Evidence from all TASER CEW Smart Weapons that Agency is replacing with newer Smart Weapon models.
The parties shall be deemed to have extended this Agreement with respect to a specific Service if the Transition Service Schedule for such Service specifies a completion date beyond the aforementioned Expiration Date.
This Agreement and all the Transition Service Schedules shall be defined as the "Agreement" and incorporated herein wherever reference to it is made.
