Each Transition Manager will: (a) have recent experience in leading end-of-contract system transitions of the type contemplated in this Section; (b) act as the single points of contact for their respective teams; (c) oversee and coordinate the transition activities of their respective teams; and, (d) work together to develop a comprehensive, detailed and written Transition Plan, including an applicable Transition Schedule.
The provisional allocation is set out in the Transition Schedule in Section 9 of this Schedule.
This data shall be verified and adjusted, as agreed by both parties, for each Process prior to the relevant Process Take On Date in accordance with the Country Transition Schedule.
