Transferring Partner definition

Transferring Partner shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(a).

More Definitions of Transferring Partner

Transferring Partner is defined in Section 8.1 of this Partnership Agreement. “Treasury Regulations” include temporary and final regulations promulgated under the IRC in effect as of the date of this Partnership Agreement and the corresponding sections of any regulations subsequently issued that amend or supersede such regulations.
