Transferring Entity definition

Transferring Entity has the meaning set forth in Section 12.13(a).

Transferring Entity means an entity that transfers personal data from Kenya to a country or a territory outside Kenya but does not include an entity dealing with data in transit; and

Transferring Entity means a public entity, which may be a city, county, special purpose district, or other governmental unit in the state, regardless of whether the unit of government is also a health care provider, except as prohibited by federal law.
