Transferring Assets definition
Transferring Assets has the meaning given to it in paragraph 120.2.1 of this Call Off Schedule 9;
Transferring Assets has the meaning given to it in paragraph 9.2.1 of this Contract Schedule 2; and
Transferring Assets has the meaning given in Paragraph 6.2(a) of Schedule 8.5 (Exit Management);

More Definitions of Transferring Assets
Transferring Assets means any and all of the following whatsoever and wheresoever situated, comprised in or attributable to the Transferring Policies as at the Effective Date, including (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing):
