Transferee Group definition

Transferee Group means the Transferee and any of its holding companies from time to time and any of its or their subsidiaries from time to time;

Transferee Group means the Transferee, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings, any holding company of the Transferee and all other subsidiaries of any such holding company from time to time;

Transferee Group means, with respect to (i) any Transferee that is a Brookfield Consortium Member, any Brookfield Consortium Member or (ii) any other Transferee (other than Transferees that are Brookfield Consortium Members), such Transferee, its Affiliates and any Person of which such Transferee is a general partner, managing member or equivalent thereof.

• All references in a Transferred Policy to the Transferor Group shall, where the context requires, be read and construed with effect from the Effective Date as references to the Transferee Group.

Transferee Group. As to any Distribution Date, the Certificate Group which is related to the Loan Group which incurred a Special Hazard Loss (other than a Special hazard Loss which is an Excess Loss) all or a portion of which is to be allocated to the Subordinated Certificates in the other Certificate Group on such Distribution Date as provided in Section 4.03.
