Transferee Certificate definition

Transferee Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit B- 2 annexed to the Indenture.
Transferee Certificate has the meaning given in Section 2.7(h).
Transferee Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit D-2 or D-3.
