Transfer Forms definition

Transfer Forms an instrument of transfer in respect of the Shares (in the form annexed hereto as Appendix A or in a form substantially similar thereto), duly executed in blank;

Transfer Forms means: (a) any instruments of transfer and (where applicable) bought and sold notes; (b) any assignments; (c) any instructions or notices to any relevant depositary, custodian or person; and (d) any other documentation required to transfer, improve or perfect title to the Shares or any of them.

Transfer Forms has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Transfer Forms

Transfer Forms means any (1) transfers, (2) assignments, (3) instructions or notices to any relevant clearing house, depositary, custodian or person and (4) any other documentation required to transfer, improve or perfect title to the Charged Shares or any of them; and
