Examples of Transactions in a sentence
Except as could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, the consummation of the Transactions will not give rise to a right of termination on the part of any union under any material collective bargaining agreement to which the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries is a party or by which the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries is bound.
As of the Closing Date, immediately after giving effect to the consummation of the Transactions, the Borrower and its Subsidiaries are, on a consolidated basis, Solvent.
