Transaction Securities definition

Transaction Securities means the Notes and Conversion Shares.

Transaction Securities means the Shares, the Warrants, the Warrant Shares, the Agent Warrants and the Agent Shares.

Transaction Securities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.

• Short sales of any Permitted Transaction Securities or puts, calls, straddles, or options where the underlying amount of Securities controlled is an amount otherwise permitted in this section.

• Such Investor acknowledges that the purchase of the Transaction Securities is a highly speculative investment and that it can bear the economic risk and complete loss of its investment in the Transaction Securities and has such knowledge and experience in financial or business matters such that it is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the investment contemplated hereby.

Transaction Securities means the Preferred Shares, Conversion Shares, PIK Shares and Agent Warrant Shares.
