Transaction Effective Date definition

Transaction Effective Date means the date on which the last of the Transaction Documents has become effective in accordance with its terms and all conditions to completion or effectiveness thereunder have been satisfied (or waived).
Transaction Effective Date means the first Business Day of the first Calculation Period defined in the Confirmation.
Transaction Effective Date means, for each Transaction, the effective date for such Transaction as set forth in the Transaction Agreement.

Transaction Effective Date means the effective time of the Transaction which shall occur upon the filing of the Articles of Merger (prepared and executed in accordance with the relevant provisions of Title 8 of the Corporations and Associations Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland and the Maryland General Corporation Law) to evidence the Transaction with, and acceptance for record of those Articles of Merger by, the State Department of Assessments and Taxation of Maryland, or at such later time (but not to exceed 30 days after the Articles of Merger are accepted for record by the State of Department of Assessments and Taxation of Maryland) specified in the Articles of Merger.
