Transaction Assets definition

Transaction Assets has the meaning given in Paragraph H.1(a) of the Purchase and Sale Terms.

Transaction Assets. Affiliate" means any Person (other than the Agent or any Lender) (a) directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Borrower and (b) 40% or more of whose voting stock or other Equity Interest is directly or indirectly owned or held by the Borrower.

Transaction Assets means all Transaction Advances specified on the attached Schedule A (as modified by the Borrower from time to time), in each case which satisfy the following requirements:

More Definitions of Transaction Assets

Transaction Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(b).

Transaction Assets means each and every Receivable, all Related Security, if any, with respect thereto, each and every Collection with respect thereto and all proceeds of any of the foregoing.
