Tranche C Note definition

Tranche C Note means a promissory note in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-3, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Tranche C Note means the promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of the Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit B-3 hereto, evidencing the Tranche C Advances.

Tranche C Note means a promissory note evidencing Tranche C Loans, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

Examples of Tranche C Note in a sentence

• Xxxxxxxx has caused this Tranche C Note to be duly executed by one of its officers thereunto duly authorized on the date hereof.

• Interest shall accrue on this Tranche C Note commencing on, and including, the date of this Tranche C Note, and shall accrue on this Tranche C Note, or any portion thereof, for the day on which this Tranche C Note or such portion is paid.

• Presentment for payment, demand, notice of protest and all other demands and notices of any kind in connection with the execution, delivery, performance and enforcement of this Tranche C Note are hereby waived.

More Definitions of Tranche C Note

Tranche C Note means a promissory note made by Ultimate Holdings, as issuer, in favor of a Tranche C Lender evidencing Tranche C Loans made by such Tranche C Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit H.

Tranche C Note means the amended and restated promissory note provided for Lender’s Tranche C Advance and any promissory note delivered in substitution or exchange therefor, in each case as the same shall be modified, supplemented, amended or restated and in effect from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Tranche C Note shall have the meaning given such term in Paragraph 7(c) above.

Tranche C Note collectively with the Tranche A Note and the Tranche B Note, the “Original Note”);

Tranche C Note have the respective meanings specified in Section 2.08.
