Tranche B Note definition

Tranche B Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to any Tranche B Lender and its registered assigns, delivered pursuant to a request made under Section 2.16 in substantially the form of Exhibit A-3 hereto, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from the Tranche B Loans made by such Lender to the Borrower.

Tranche B Note shall have the meaning given to it in Section 2.2 of the Credit Agreement.

Tranche B Note means a promissory note in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-2, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Examples of Tranche B Note in a sentence

• Any unused Tranche A Loan Commitment may be converted into a Tranche A Note Commitment and any unused Tranche B Loan Commitment may be converted into a Tranche B Note Commitment in connection with the Syndication.

• Interest shall accrue on this Tranche B Note commencing on, and including, the date of this Tranche B Note, and shall accrue on this Tranche B Note, or any portion thereof, for the day on which this Tranche B Note or such portion is paid.

More Definitions of Tranche B Note

Tranche B Note means a promissory note evidencing Tranche B Loans, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
